The spacious King Suite offered a comfortable sofa area, which made relaxing easy. Amenities like the mini-fridge and microwave added convenience to our stay.

Housekeeping could have been more thorough, as we noticed some dust in corners.

The location is excellent, situated conveniently between old town and the wine region. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, particularly the fresh waffles and homemade pastries, which were fantastic. Unfortunately, our first room had a flashing light issue that disrupted sleep, leading to a room change in the morning. Despite this hiccup, the staff remained friendly and accommodating throughout.

we had a great stay at best western plus! the complimentary breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot items and delicious make-your-own waffles. our queen room was lovely, clean, and had all the conveniences like a microwave and fridge. the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk.

Overall, the hotel had its perks but could improve its sound insulation and fix breakfast equipment.

The breakfast area can get cramped. I strolled in around 8:30, but once the crowd hits at 9, finding a table turns into a challenge. One lift in the middle of the building means long waits during peak times, and if you need to rush, those stairs at the end of the hall are your best bet. My room had sticky floors and some dusty corners, alongside a single sink in the bathroom, which felt inadequate for two of us getting ready. Plus, just one set of basic toiletries meant I had to ask for a few essentials, which is a bit inconvenient.
